Responsible Gaming
Version: 1.0 | Last Updated: 31 July 2026
At MonsterWin (monsterwin-review.com), we believe that gambling should be an enjoyable and entertaining activity. We are firmly committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to helping our Players maintain healthy, informed, and controlled gambling habits. This Responsible Gaming Policy outlines our commitment, the tools available to you, and the resources you can access if you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties.
This page is to be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Commitment
1.1. A Safe and Fair Environment
We are dedicated to providing a responsible gaming environment that prioritises Player well-being. Our responsible gaming programme is built on four core principles:
- Prevention: Implementing proactive measures to identify and reduce the risk of problem gambling;
- Protection: Providing robust tools and safeguards that empower Players to remain in control of their gambling activity;
- Education: Raising awareness of the risks associated with problem gambling and how to seek help;
- Support: Connecting Players in need with qualified professional support services.
1.2. Minimum Age Enforcement
Access to all gambling services on the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements for the target jurisdiction. We apply rigorous age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling and do not tolerate any attempt to circumvent these controls.
2. Recognizing Problem Gambling
2.1. Warning Signs
Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or financial situation. It often develops gradually and may not be immediately apparent. The following checklist may help you identify whether gambling has become a problem for you or someone close to you:
- ☐ You spend more money or time gambling than you originally intended;
- ☐ You feel restless, irritable, or anxious when attempting to reduce or stop gambling;
- ☐ You continue gambling in an attempt to recover previous losses (“chasing losses”);
- ☐ You have lied to family members, friends, or others to conceal the extent of your gambling;
- ☐ Gambling is having a negative impact on your personal relationships, work, or studies;
- ☐ You have borrowed money, sold possessions, or incurred debts to fund gambling;
- ☐ You use gambling as an escape from stress, anxiety, depression, or other personal problems;
- ☐ You have made repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut back or stop gambling;
- ☐ You experience intrusive thoughts about gambling when not actively playing;
- ☐ You continue gambling despite the significant financial, emotional, or social consequences.
If you answered yes to three or more of the above, we strongly encourage you to seek support from our team or one of the organisations listed in Section 6 of this page.
3. Player Protection Tools
3.1. Deposit Limits
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount of money you deposit into your Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to decrease a limit are applied immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, during which time the existing lower limit remains in place.
3.2. Loss Limits
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the net amount you are permitted to lose within a given period. Once the defined loss threshold is reached, you will be temporarily prevented from placing further bets until the limit period resets or is adjusted in accordance with our policy.
3.3. Session Time Limits
You may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once your session limit has been reached, you will be automatically logged out and will be required to log back in and confirm your intent to continue. Reality check notifications can also be enabled, which display reminders of your total time and activity at regular intervals during play.
3.4. Wagering Limits
You may set limits on the maximum total amount you are permitted to wager within a daily, weekly, or monthly period. This tool is designed to help you manage your overall gaming expenditure.
3.5. Cooling-Off Period
A cooling-off period allows you to temporarily pause your gaming activity for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to access the Games or make deposits. You will also not receive marketing communications during this time. To request a cooling-off period, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected].
3.6. Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling has become a problem, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion options are available for the following durations:
- Short-term: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months;
- Long-term: 12 months or 5 years;
- Permanent: Indefinite self-exclusion with no option to re-open the Account.
Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suspended and any remaining Account balance will be returned to you upon verified request. To initiate self-exclusion, contact us immediately at [email protected] and clearly state your preferred exclusion period.
3.7. Account Closure
If you wish to permanently close your Account, you may do so at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Remaining verified real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal. We will endeavour to process all Account closure requests promptly.
4. Tips for Responsible Gambling
4.1. Healthy Gambling Habits
We encourage all Players to adopt the following responsible gambling practices:
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it — never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose;
- Set a time limit for each session and adhere to it, regardless of whether you are winning or losing;
- Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems;
- Never chase your losses — accepting losses as part of the game is a sign of responsible play;
- Take regular breaks and avoid playing for prolonged periods without interruption;
- Do not gamble under the influence of alcohol, medication, or substances that may impair your judgement;
- Keep gambling in perspective — ensure it does not take priority over family, friends, work, or other responsibilities;
- Use our tools — set limits, use reality checks, and contact us if you feel you are losing control.
5. Protection of Minors
5.1. Our Policy on Underage Gambling
We take the protection of minors extremely seriously. The Platform is not intended for and must not be used by anyone under the age of 21 years. We implement strict age verification controls at the registration stage and may request additional proof of age at any time.
5.2. Advice for Parents and Guardians
If you share your device with minors, we strongly recommend that you:
- Never allow minors to access your Account or player credentials;
- Log out of your Account whenever the device is not in use;
- Use device-level parental controls and internet filtering software to restrict access to gambling websites;
- Report any suspected underage gambling immediately to [email protected].
5.3. Parental Control Tools
A number of independent organisations and software tools are available to help parents restrict children’s access to online gambling content, including:
- Net Nanny (www.netnanny.com)
- Kaspersky Safe Kids (www.kaspersky.com)
- Google Family Link (families.google.com)
